Aloha! Hello! 안녕하세요! こんにちは! Welcome Back to School, new and returning members of ISC! The International Student Club (ISC) would like to congratulate and welcome everyone to a brand new school year! Fret not fellow students! Although we won’t be relaxing on the beach everyday and will most likely be returning our snorkeling gear to the back of our closets, it is always summer in Hawaii, and the fun will continue throughout this Fall 2019 school semester.
The International Student Club was built upon our core values: Aloha Spirit, Growth Mindset, and Unity in Diversity, and we are excited to offer you many interactive and culturally enriching events and activities that do just that. A few that we are looking forward to is our Takoyaki Making Event with Hawaii Tokai International College, Roller Skating at Kiha Public Skate Rink, our Ghost Tour Adventure in October, and International Education Week. Check out our ISC website event calendar for more!
Aside from being a club, it is very important to us that everyone involved is able to feel comfortable and welcomed. We are a big family who shares unique interests and a love for diversity. We hope that you make many new friends. It is a priority for us to help each other grow individually and as a community so that we can be globally-minded individuals that contribute to developing each other, our community, and the world! We are all about spreading Aloha!
Want to learn more about ISC and meet our current officers, committees, and members? Join us at our first International Student Club Meeting of the Fall 2019 Semester! Date: September 5, 2019 (Thursday) Time: 3:30pm - 4:50pm Location: UH–West O‘ahu Classroom (Room D254)
We are looking forward to creating more wonderful memories this semester, and we hope to see you at our meetings and events!
